Most building jobs in Lagos need materials from several product families: blocks for the walls, steel for the frame, and paving, kerbs and drainage for the compound outside. Naydo Keystone Ventures makes the concrete products at its own yard at 40 Irede Road, Satellite Town, and supplies reinforcement steel alongside them, so one price and one delivery plan can cover the whole list.

A manufacturer first, a supplier second
Naydo Keystone was founded in 2001 by Nze Cyril Chibueze Uzoezie, and his son Chinedu Uzoezie has run it since 2020. The blocks, bricks, paving stones and precast units are made by us, not bought in and resold. That matters when you are building: a repeat order comes from the same mix and the same process as your first, and every batch is compression tested against its rated strength before it is released for dispatch. Reinforcement steel is supplied from stock at our yard, and the steel page shows how to check that the bar you receive is full weight.
Who we supply
We supply individual builders, contractors, estate developers and government projects, on residential, commercial and institutional work across Lagos. A homeowner can order a few hundred blocks, and a developer can plan scheduled supply against a programme. How an order works
- Send us the products, sizes and quantities you need, and the location of your site. Use the price form, call +234 903 760 5316 or message us on WhatsApp.
- We reply with a written price and a delivery date, the same working day wherever possible.
- Your materials arrive on our own trucks. Delivery is free within our Lagos service area.
Where we deliver
Free delivery covers Satellite Town, Ikorodu, Lekki, Ikeja, Victoria Island, Ajah, Epe and Yaba. Outside those areas, delivery is quoted per project. If your site is tight or hard to reach, tell us when you order so we send a vehicle that can actually get in.
You are also welcome at the yard itself: 40 Irede Road, Satellite Town, Lagos, Monday to Saturday, 7:00am to 6:00pm. Call ahead and we will walk you through production and testing.
Common questions
Do I have to buy everything from you?
No. You can order a single product. Buying several together just means one quotation, one delivery plan and one person to call about the whole order.
Do you publish fixed prices?
We quote per order, because cement, sand, steel and diesel costs move. Our guides explain the ranges: see the 9 inch block price guide and the iron rod price guide.
What is the difference between a supplier and a manufacturer?
A supplier resells what other people make. A manufacturer controls the mix, the curing and the testing. For concrete products we are the manufacturer, which is why we can state a rated strength and test to it. See how that works on our block manufacturer page.
