Our process
Each stage exists to remove a specific way a block can fail once it is in your wall.

Graded aggregate and quality cement, tested for consistency before anything enters production.

Precise mixing ratios and vibro compaction give dense, dimensionally accurate units batch after batch, which means less mortar and less render.

Trained inspectors check dimensions, finish and integrity at several points on the production floor, so weak units never reach the stack.

Structural products are compression tested against their rated strength before they are released for dispatch.

Careful stacking, loading and handling, so you are not paying for blocks that arrive broken.
Factory visits are welcome at our Satellite Town yard. Call ahead and we will walk you through production and testing.
Curing
Blocks only reach their rated strength if they are cured properly. This is that stage, every day, in our yard.

Each batch is compression tested before it is approved for dispatch. The strength printed on every product page is the figure we test to, not a number copied from a brochure.
It does not go on a truck. A batch that misses the mark is rejected and never reaches a customer site. That is the whole point of testing before delivery instead of finding out on your wall.
Yes. Customers are welcome at the factory in Satellite Town. Seeing the aggregate, the mixing and the curing yard tells you more about a supplier than any brochure ever will.
Blocks cure under controlled conditions until they reach strength. We do not sell green blocks that are still soft, because a block that crumbles on site costs you far more than it ever saved you.
Yes. Ask when you order and we will walk you through how your batch was checked, or come to the yard in Satellite Town and see the process for yourself. Consultants and site engineers ask this regularly.
