Naydo Keystone makes concrete blocks, bricks, paving stones, kerbs and pipes at its own yard in Satellite Town and supplies reinforcement steel alongside them, so the materials for a whole project can be priced and scheduled together. How a project supply works
- Send your bill of quantities or drawings, or a list of products, sizes and quantities, together with the site location.
- We return an itemised written price and delivery dates, the same working day wherever possible for standard items.
- We agree a delivery schedule against your programme. Large volumes, custom units and anything needing a new mould take longer, and the date is on your price rather than a surprise after payment.
- Deliveries arrive on our own trucks, free inside our Lagos service area, which covers Satellite Town, Ikorodu, Lekki, Ikeja, Victoria Island, Ajah, Epe and Yaba. Beyond it, delivery is quoted per project.
- If you need more in the middle of the job, call. A repeat order comes from the same mix and the same process, so it matches the first on the wall.
What to send us for a fast, accurate price
- The site location and access: road width, gate size, and how heavy units will be offloaded.
- The products, sizes and grades from your schedules.
- The quantities, and how they are phased across the job.
- The dates you need each delivery.
- Drawings for custom precast or drainage pipes.
- The name and number of the person who will receive deliveries on site.
Checks you can ask us for
The strength printed on each product page is the figure we test to. Every batch of structural product is compression tested against its rated strength before it is released for dispatch, and our quality page sets out the five checkpoints between raw material and your site. For steel, the iron rods page gives the standard weight per metre of each diameter, so you can weigh a few lengths from a bundle and confirm the bar is full weight. Factory visits are welcome at 40 Irede Road, Satellite Town, Monday to Saturday, 7:00am to 6:00pm.
Custom precast and drainage
If your drawings call for a unit that is not in the catalogue, send them. We price the unit, the mould cost if a new mould is needed, and the lead time, all before you commit to anything. Our reinforced concrete pipes run from 300mm to 1200mm in diameter for stormwater drainage and culverts, and each pipe carries a reinforced cage and is pressure tested.
